Consumer Research Institute launches “Tabi-tatsu” website to introduce Japanese national certified guide interpreters to foreign tourists

National certified licensed guide interpreters will assist your unique sightseeing tours in Japan.

TOKYO – Consumer Research Institute. Co., Ltd. (Nakano Ward, Tokyo), which specializes in market research, opened “Tabi-tatsu”, a website that provides matching service between Japanese national certified guide interpreters and foreign tourists in September 2015.

1. National certified guide interpreters will recommend unique tour plans of their specialty to foreign tourists.
 
National certified guide interpreters will plan their original tours and post the details of their plans on the website so that foreign tourists can search, select and make reservations for attractive tours in advance.
 
2. Plans for nationwide and varied tours to be posted on the website
 
In addition to tours of Kyoto, Nara, Asakusa, Tsukiji and other popular destinations, unique tours, such as climbing Mt. Fuji and visiting places like Akihabara, sumo stables, department stores’ basement food floors and small factories in working-class neighborhoods, will be posted on the website accordingly. The website will also carry information about “attend tours,” for barrier-free escort from railway stations to airports.
 
If there are any special places you wish to visit, national certified guide interpreters will arrange tours of your choice.
 
3. You can make reservations for your favorite tours on the website in advanceYou can make reservations for tours via the Tabi-tatsu website during your stays in Japan or before coming to Japan. You can complete tour reservations after you click “Request” on the website and national certified guide interpreters will fix the schedule. (Paypal credit card payment is required). You can make reservations for some tours even after the deadlines depending on your requests.
 
4. The “Japanese Culture Experience Tour” page highlighting tea ceremony, “ikebana” flower arrangement, ninja and pages on Japanese souvenirs
 
Consumer Research Institute has opened the “Japanese Culture Experience Tour” page, which is developed jointly with Supre Inc. (Chuo Ward, Tokyo), the operator of the “Shuminavi” website, as part of the Tabi-tatsu website. Furthermore, the company will expand its support by opening shopping website page, “Japanese souvenirs” and “unique Japanese goods.”
