Chinese Palace extends CCA’s global portfolio

CCA International is pleased to announce that it has been retained to market & manage the 100 year old Qingwangfu Palace located in Tianjin, China. A leader in the development and operation of prestigious clubs in Asia and Europe, the Qingwangfu project will provide CCA with the opportunity to extend its growing portfolio of distinguished private clubs.

The Qingwangfu Palace located in the historic area of the Heping District, Tianjin, has been designated as a historical landmark by the City Government, as it aims to revitalize an extensive collection of historical buildings. Mostly constructed in the 1900’s, this district contains over 3000 homes and buildings that were located in what was the British and American concessions during the imperial times in China. The aim is to develop the locations for modern commercial use and 21st century living.

On completion, the site will consist of the Qingwangfu Club, Shanyi Li boutique hotel, and Runxing Li conference centre and will cover over 11,000 square meters. Extensive restoration to the 10 historical buildings with the addition of 1 new structure will make Qingwangfu a premier location for business and relaxation.

Last month, Mr. Klostermann, Chairman of the CCA Group met with Vice Mayor Renxuefeng of Tianjin, to celebrate CCA’s formal signing of the contract for the Qingwangfu development, which will become a landmark property of historical significance.

The signing of this contact underlines CCA’s many years of experience and unique expertise in the development and management of exclusive clubs worldwide.
