China Southern launches online check-in in Taiwan

China Southern Airlines, the newest member of SkyTeam and the largest airline in The People’s Republic of China is pleased to provide online check-in service for passengers in Taiwan. China Southern Airlines is now the first domestic airline in Mainland China to introduce this service in Taiwan.

China Southern Airlines customers can now log in on the Internet at https://airport.csair.com/cki/app; input the ticket number, name and mobile phone number of the customer to select their seat and obtain a boarding pass. International travelers on China Southern Airlines can log in to the Internet at https://airport.csair.com/cki/app to finish the process.

“This exciting new service provides another check-in option for passengers in Taiwan and will significantly release the pressure in check-in counter and save valuable time for passengers,” said Mr. Jerry Hu, Chief Information Officer, China Southern Airlines.

China Southern Airlines online check-in service is now available in 56 cities, including Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore.

Mr. Hu added that, “Today, more and more customers turn to this simple and convenient check-in procedure, following closely behind the self check-in system”.

The newest member of SkyTeam and the largest airline in The People’s Republic of China for the past 30 years, China Southern Airlines connects more than 80 cities around the globe. Major business and vacation destinations served in China include: Beijing, Chengdu, Guangzhou, Guilin, Hong Kong, Kunming, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Wuhan and as well as International service, including: Amsterdam, Bangkok, Fukuoka, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Islamabad, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Lagos, Los Angeles, Manila, Melbourne, Moscow, Osaka, Paris, Penang, Phnom Penh, Seoul, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo.
