Check Safety First opens registration for free TourCheck reports

Independent health and safety experts Check Safety First has announced that tour operators can now register to receive free reports on the 1,600 hotels it works with via its new safety reporting service, TourCheck. With audits completed in nine different languages, TourCheck provides up-to-date intelligence on the health and safety standards of their partner hotels.

TourCheck enables travel firms to access a wealth of up-to-date safety reports that include essential information required by, and in a format that is suitable for all tour operators. Hotels can also reduce their administrative burden by easily requesting a report from Check Safety First’s web-based auditing system, E-Cristal. As all hotels working with Check Safety First are audited on a monthly basis, the reports offer the travel industry the added assurance that the required assessments have been carried out by trained experts.

Jason Burnett, technical director at Check Safety First, said: “With the 2012 Olympics just around the corner, it is more important than ever to ensure that health and safety standards are the highest they can possibly be. TourCheck will enable hotels to easily answer the ever increasing number of health and safety questions asked in the run up to such an event. It will also allow a higher standard of reporting to be continued after the event, offering the industry frequent and up-to-date information, accredited by an independent health and safety expert.”
