Centara resort to host wellness retreat led by Australian triathlete

The retreat was designed by Ms. Burnley to take advantage of the beautiful location; the resort's meeting, spa and fitness facilities; and the cultural environment of Central Vietnam.

Danang, Vietnam – Asha Burnley became an Australian triathlon champion as a teenager, then earned certification as a professional fitness trainer, wrote a book about healthy diet and lifestyle and studied at Jamie Oliver’s Ministry of Food. Now she travels the world inspiring others. In November she will be in Vietnam to lead a week-long workshop at Centara Sandy Beach Resort Danang. Attendance is limited but there is still space if you want to learn from and be inspired by her.

The “Ultimate Wellness Retreat” programme runs from 14th – 21st November. It includes a 7-night stay in a premium garden room at the Centara resort, which is located among serene gardens and picturesque surroundings on one of Vietnam’s most beautiful beaches. Daily meal are also included, as the workshop integrates learning about healthy eating with experience choosing and preparing food.

The retreat was designed by Ms. Burnley to take advantage of the beautiful location; the resort’s meeting, spa and fitness facilities; and the cultural environment of Central Vietnam. Burnley will lead daily workshops and activities that include health evaluation, yoga, spa and detox treatments, interactive and motivational sessions. Participants will even spend one day exploring the nearby ancient town of Hoi An together, to experience its history and culinary delights.
