Located on the Northeast coast of the island in the heart of the village only 25 kilometers from the capital city of Port Louis, Centara Grand Azuri Residence& Suites is situated directly on the beach. It forms part of the new Azuri oceanfront lifestyle community which includes shops, restaurants and a yacht club with marine facilities. We are very proud to be opening these luxurious residences at the beautiful marine resort of Azuri,” said Thirayuth Chirathivat, chief executive officer of Centara Hotels & Resorts. “They perfectly complement our five-star resort hotel and offer a superb home away from home for those who want a longer-stay holiday or who prefer independent living. With a pristine beach embraced by a sparkling lagoon, the residences will be a perfect retreat for couples and a fun place for families.”

There is a wonderful sense of community here, and with the spacious and very stylish decor of the apartments, townhouses and penthouses, we feel the residences will appeal to couples, families and groups of friends traveling together,” said Jean-Paul Martin, area general manager for Centara Mauritius. “For guests, there is the beach and the lagoon with about 60 different water sports and land-based activities available. All of us at Centara Mauritius look forward to welcoming our residential guests.”

The residences are grouped into zones and offer a variety of accommodation options with two, three or four bedrooms and spacious outdoor areas, with some offering a private plunge pool. Each residential zone has its own swimming pool complete with terraces to relax in intimate surroundings.

Residents enjoy the complimentary activities of sister resort Centara Grand Azuri Resort & Spa Mauritius, including non-motorized water sports such as snorkeling, kayaking, windsurfing and sailing, and use of the tennis court, quad bikes and other facilities.
