A Canadian retail agent fam trip venture was recently arranged by Tourism authority of Thailand (TAT) under the campaign “Amazing Thailand Go Local”.
The nine Canada based outbound travel agents together with a representative of China Airlines accompanied by two representatives of TAT were hosted by the Lancaster Bangkok Hotel.
The aim of TAT’s “go local” project is to spread the benefits of tourism across the Kingdom by promoting Thailand’s emerging tourist destinations. The familiarisation visit enabled the delegates to experience a wide variety of Thailand’s less visited regions including Kanchanaburi and the Phang Nga province.
