The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) has launched a dedicated microsite1 for Changi Airport’s Terminal 3 or T3 to provide visitors the opportunity to explore Changi’s newest and largest terminal from anywhere in the world. Themed “Explore Paradise”, the microsite is an interactive one-stop link for visitors to intimately discover T3 through virtual tours, fun downloads, visuals and contests. Visitors can also obtain informative details of the new terminal from the microsite.

“The T3 microsite was created to give visitors a special insight and preview of T3 before it officially opens on 9 January 2008. It provides an aesthetically pleasing and interactive platform to engage visitors with the T3

experience and showcase the various unique aspects of this new landmark terminal. With T3, we look forward to bringing our airport experience to a new level,”
said Mr Lim Kim Choon, Director-General & Chief Executive Officer, CAAS.

The microsite will allow visitors to experience T3 both visually and experientially. Visitors of the user-friendly site can embark on a virtual tour of T3. A noteworthy feature is the manner in which the virtual tour is presented to the visitor. It is customised to the visitor’s preference and level of interest along five parameters – Architecture & Interior, Luxury & Relaxation, Eating, Drinking & Shopping, Business Travel and finally Fun & Leisure. Through this journey, visitors will gain a deeper understanding of the intricate details and design thoughts that went into the construction and design of the terminal.
