Bulgari Hotel Beijing joins Virtuoso’s Preview Program

The Bulgari Hotel Beijing will combine a sleek Italian aesthetic with true luxury in the brand's characteristic style and will be located in the heart of the Chinese capital's Embassy District.

NEW YORK – International luxury travel network Virtuoso is offering travelers valuable benefits at the Bulgari Hotel Beijingwhen it debuts this fall. As part of the network’s prestigious Preview program, the property is providing an opening offer exclusively to guests who book their stay with a Virtuoso travel advisor.

The Bulgari Hotel Beijing will combine a sleek Italian aesthetic with true luxury in the brand’s characteristic style. It will be located in the heart of the Chinese capital’s Embassy District, near the trendy dining and fashion area of Sanlitun, bringing together discerning travelers with the city’s elite.

“The Bulgari Hotel Beijing will fulfill an important niche for visitors to this vibrant and ever-changing city,” said Albert Herrera, Virtuoso’s senior vice president of Global Product Partnerships. “It will appeal to the growing market of upscale travelers seeking a contemporary, design-forward property that also provides impeccable service. Like its sister properties that are also Virtuoso preferred partners, Bulgari has successfully married a modern sensibility with the utmost in luxury and quality in Beijing.”

Developed in harmony with the environment, the Bulgari Hotel Beijing will blend art and nature. The hotel will be located beside a contemporary art museum and near the National Art Museum of China and National Center for the Performing Arts. The building, interiors and furniture are designed by Italian architectural firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel and Partners. The 119 rooms and suites are some of the city’s largest, with sweeping river and garden views through floor-to-ceiling windows. The magnificent 4,100-square-foot Bulgari Suite is one of the largest suites in Beijing.

Service at the Bulgari Hotel Beijing will be highly personalized. Concierges will arrange everything from dinner on the Great Wall of China to visits to Beijing’s top artists, and book guest transportation in the hotel’s Maserati limousines. Other services will include a 24-hour suite butler, Berluti shoe shine, around-the-clock unlimited clothes pressing, and in-room check-in.

The Bulgari Hotel Beijing will feature several eating and drinking establishments. Those include Il Ristorante, the contemporary fine dining restaurant that celebrates Italian cuisine using organic, seasonal and local ingredients; and the Bulgari signature Il bar, where guests can enjoy cocktails, fine wines, champagne and the brand’s famed Aperitivo hour at the oval bar or on the outdoor terrace overlooking the riverside.

The hotel’s 16,000-square-foot spa will offer 11 treatment rooms, an 82-foot swimming pool, vitality pool, sauna, steam room, and Technogym fitness studio with Workshop Gymnasium training programs.
