The conference has a reputation for bringing together the key players in the market, which gives an unprecedented level of insight into the state of the Chinese economy, including what will be in store for the coming year.

Highlights for this year include a presentation on the China Economic Outlook by Dr. Jack Li Ph.D., CFA, the Hotel Leaders Panel moderated by Eric Levy Managing Director of Tourism Solutions International and featuring Nigel Summers, Director Horwath HTL Keith Barr, CEO for Greater China for IHG, Ken Greene, President and Managing Director APAC for the Wyndham Hotel Group, Chris Van de Baars, COO Interstate Hotels and Resorts, Sam Shih Chairman and COO for Accor in Greater China.

Damien Little, Director at Horwath HTL in China and co-organiser of the conference said “We are delighted that we have so many of the key players in China at the conference and we are looking forward to some real insights into the market. There is a real feeling globally that China is on the cusp of tremendous change as it continues to grow and it is vital if you are to be successful that you develop and maintain a clear understanding of what is going on. One of the key benefits that we have been able to bring over the 8 years of this conference is that level of understanding, so that people will leave here feeling that they have learned something concrete that will allow them to manage their businesses with an advantage. The conference has been deliberately designed to cover all of the key areas of the business, at the same time as keeping one eye on new trends and potential future developments. If you are serious about being successful in China, then the insight and information that you will gain over the next couple of days will be invaluable.”
