Hertz launches Family and Prestige Collections in Singapore

The Hertz Corporation, the world’s largest general use car rental brand, has launched the Family and Prestige Collections at airport and downtown locations in Singapore, in an industry first for Asia. The specially-tailored Family Collection features spacious and comfortable vehicles from Ford that are ideal for travel with family and friends. The new Prestige Collection for the country will see Hertz become the first car rental company in Asia to offer a dedicated fleet of elegant, high-performance vehicles from German luxury car manufacturer, BMW.

The Prestige Collection aims to offer a wide range of car models in a dedicated premium fleet and raise service standards in this car rental segment.”
 

The Family Collection will feature both Ford Galaxy and Ford S-Max through a long and established partnership with Regent Motors, distributor of Ford vehicles in Singapore. With spacious and comfortable design ideal for families, both vehicles offer the versatile Fold Flat System (FFS) to suit every storage need as well as individual seat adjustment. ISOFIX points safely secure child-seats and a series of in-car safety features such as seven airbags provide an even higher level of safety. The Family Collection will include complimentary child seats with up to two additional drivers included at no extra cost so that parents can share driving duties.

 

In addition to self-drive, the Prestige Collection is also available with a personal chauffeur as part of the Prestige Driven service. The latter VIP option includes airport transfers as well as hourly charters in the hands of professionally trained chauffeurs. Prestige Driven ensures guests arrive

at their destination rejuvenated and in style, especially on important occasions such as a wedding day.
