Free nights and free snow equipment hire in Japan

The Hakuba Valley ski areas, about five hours from Tokyo's Narita Airport by Chuo Taxi (shared taxi), collectively offer more than 200 ski trails and a season average of 10-plus metres of snow.

Two Australian-owned companies, SkiJapan and Central Snowsports, have combined to offer incentives to ski or snowboard at the nine popular winter resorts in the heart of the Nagano Prefecture.

Central Snowsports trailblazed snow equipment rental and demo equipment for westen clientele who discovered the resorts located in the heart of the Japanese Alps on the main island of Honshu.

Lachy Bowes the owner of Central Snowsports said:“This will be our fifth winter season in Hakuba and we’ll celebrate it by opening our second store only 100metres from the Sakka lift at Happo-One, the resort that has the longest runs of all the resorts in the Nagano Prefecture.

“This new location will service the Sakka area of Wadano where there’s a large number of luxurious properties such as the Australian-owned and managed Phoenix Hotel and Apartments.

“Another offer to Australian skiers or snowboarders is anyone who books a Hakuba holiday with SkiJapan.com will only pay for five but get six days use of our high quality rental skis, boots or snowboards.”

SkiJapan Hakuba packages that include a free night accommodation and also free ski or board hire.
