Growing ROI-focused MICE events to take place in China, USA, UK, Norway and Australia

Meeting & Incentive Forums reports impressive growth despite the current economic climate

Meeting & Incentive Forums, the intensive supplier/meeting planner events organisers, have announced 26% growth in 2011. The company further forecasts 35% growth for 2012 due to early bookings which are up by over 50% year on year. Meetings & Incentive Forums have grown by 350% over the last five years and have exciting plans for continued expansion.

Meetings & Incentive Forums are expanding, both in the length and size of some of their existing events plus launching two new events in 2012 with more planned for 2013.

Meeting and Incentive Forums are highly focused appointment-based events centering on the meetings, incentives, conferences and events industries. In response to popular demand, Meeting and Incentive Forums have announced new Forums in the UK and Australia for 2012. The Russian and Eastern European Forums will also increase in length, running over four days as opposed to last year’s two day Forums. The Forums run over two or four days, offering a guaranteed minimum of 25 (for two days) and 50 (for four days) pre-scheduled, one-to-one appointments between top MICE suppliers and key meeting and incentive buyers, all of whom have confirmed budgets to spend.

Specially designed to focus on business, there is also a fully-hosted social programme including lunches, gala dinners and cocktail receptions for further networking. A wide range of suppliers are represented at each event to meet with carefully selected MICE buyers from different regions and specifically targeted markets.

Richard Barnes, Managing Director of Meeting & Incentive Forums comments, “We are thrilled that we have achieved this growth during such challenging market conditions and we feel this speaks volumes about the industries impression of the M&I Forums.  The reason we have enjoyed such success is because our events provide an inspiring experience for the buyers and a great return on investment for the suppliers. That means that we attract the very best buyers and suppliers attend our Forums and at that level there is still so much MICE business being done.  We are truly excited about our plans for the future and we intend to facilitate more business opportunities than ever.”
