Rendezvous Hotels & Resorts International has been appointed to manage three hotels in Sydney, Brisbane and Canberra, by the Grand Hotel Group. The Country Comfort Sydney Central will ultimately be re-named Marque Hotel, Sydney, The Chifley on George will be re-named Marque Hotel, Brisbane and The Chifley on Northbourne will become Marque Hotel, Canberra. Rendezvous is expected to assume management of these three hotels at the end of November, 2006.

Mr Alan Featherby, Chief Executive of Rendezvous Hotels & Resorts International, says, Rendezvous` expansion is evidence that our group is highly regarded amongst discerning hotel owners. We have a track record of achieving strong profitability in the hotels we manage. We expect to continue the current expansion of the group in Australia, New

Zealand and Asia. Rendezvous and the owner of the hotels will be spending $7 million on upgrading the hotels in Sydney and Brisbane and we expect these hotels to be prominent contributors to Rendezvous` hotel portfolio in the future. This will bring the number of hotels and resorts operated by Rendezvous to 15; with 11 hotels in Australia, two in China, one in Singapore and one in New Zealand, and will further propel Rendezvous into being a major hotel operator in the Asia Pacific region.
