The General Manager of Rydges Esplanade Resort, Kellie Eustace is pleased to announce the commencement of a $405,000 rejuvenation works program to upgrade and refresh all resort accommodation.
Cairns’ waterfront resort-hotel will remain fully operational throughout the rejuvenation program that is vying for a completion date of 30 April, 2011.
According to Ms Eustace Rydges Esplanade Resort’s room rejuvenation will be undertaken in two stages to ensure guests are not inconvenienced during the process.
“The objective of this program is to start the year afresh with improvements that will enhance our guest’s travelling experience – be it for leisure or business,” she said.
The scope of refurbishment work includes installation of 143 Rydges’ Dream Beds into a total of 89 rooms with new linen concepts and 32 inch, LCD televisions for every one of the hotel’s 240 accommodation rooms.
Rydges Esplanade Resort is situated on Cairns esplanade with uninterrupted waterfront views – just minutes from Cairns Airport and a short stroll into the city and CBD.
