It is the 53rd Quest property to open in Victoria, taking the Quest group’s total number of properties in Australia, New Zealand and Fiji to 129. This furthers Quest’s ability to service the increasing need for corporate accommodation throughout the suburbs, particularly in the Victorian Bayside area where demand for short and long term accommodation is strong.

The property has been purchased and re-branded by Quest Corporate Office. On opening, Quest Brighton on the Bay will generate 11 local jobs for the community.

Five executive studio rooms offer fully equipped kitchenettes, some rooms offer courtyard garden views or balconies and two ground floor rooms provide access for people with a disability. Quest also has plans to refurbish 10 executive studios with full kitchen facilities to the property soon after opening.
With an anticipated 4 Star AAA Tourism rating, the property’s amenities include on-site undercover car parking and conference facilities that can cater for up to 30 people. All rooms provide guests with LCD screens, broadband (with the option of wireless) and media hubs.
Located at 250 The Esplanade, Quest Brighton on the Bay also boasts an onsite restaurant, plus an Endota Day Spa on the ground floor with five treatment rooms.
For business travellers, the property is situated a short drive from the Bayside business district, CBD, the St Kilda Road precinct and right across the road from Middle Brighton Baths, which has its own cafe and fine dining option.
