GuestLogix, Inc. announced that Viva Macau Airlines, Macau’s low-fare international airline, has successfully implemented the GuestLogix point-of-sale handhelds and retail transaction platform to accept credit card purchases on all its flights. The deployment paves the way for the onboard introduction of new products and services never before available on Asian flights.

Serving Asia’s newest destination for leisure, entertainment, gaming, shopping, events and mixed culture, Viva Macau’s goal is to redefine air travel with a new onboard experience to meet every customers’ travel needs. GuestLogix onboard store technology makes it convenient for passengers to purchase beverages, meals, snacks and other merchandise onboard. The onboard store also enables Viva Macau to sell new products and services such as ground transportation tickets, ferry tickets to neighbouring Hong Kong, as well as tickets for shows and places of interest in Macau.
