Vietjet launches new route connecting Ho Chi Minh City and Seoul

Vietjet currently operates one return flight per day between Hanoi and Seoul and the latest international route additionally creates a seamless connection to other parts of Vietnam such as Da Nang, Nha Trang and Phu Quoc Island.

SINGAPORE – Vietjet Aviation Joint Stock Company (“Vietjet”) has announced the launch of a new route linking Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and the capital city of South Korea, Seoul.
 
With a frequency of seven return flights per week, the inaugural flight, which is effective 7 November 2015, will depart Tan Son Nhat International Airport at 12.15am (local time) and arrive at Incheon International Airport at 7.25am (local time). The return flight takes off from Incheon International Airport at 11.20am (local time) and arrives back in Ho Chi Minh City at 2.50pm (local time). Vietjet currently operates one return flight per day between Hanoi and Seoul and the latest international route additionally creates a seamless connection to other parts of Vietnam such as Da Nang, Nha Trang and Phu Quoc Island.
 
To celebrate this occasion, Vietjet is giving away up to 50,000 flight tickets* from just S$0 for all routes to Seoul. The promotional tickets will only be available from 1.00pm to 3.00pm (Singapore time) daily, from 18 June 2015 to 25 June 2015. Travellers can purchase tickets via the Vietjet website at www.vietjetair.com or via the airline’s Facebook page at www.facebook.com/vietjetvietnam by clicking on the “Booking” tab. The travel periods for the Ho Chi Minh City – Seoul route and Hanoi – Seoul route are 7 November 2015 – 27 March 2016 and 7 July 2015 – 27 March 2016 respectively.

 

 
Known to be a new age carrier, Vietjet looks to consistently add innovative and added value services such as in-flight duty free shopping and has recently partnered with Lotteria Vietnam to provide greater choices to its in-flight meal offering. Vietjet currently operates 150 flights per day with a fleet of 25 Airbus aircraft across 32 routes domestically and internationally. The airline also offers express check-in at all airports for passengers over 65 years of age, expectant mothers, and families travelling with infants. These passengers are encouraged to approach Vietjet’s express check-in counters for priority boarding and assistance with carry-on baggage.
