Magic bees from the land of Hippocrates have landed at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental.

In October, the creative culinary team at MO Bar will create the region’s first Greek, honey themed afternoon tea with APIVITA, the Greek originated pioneer in natural cosmetics. One of the signature treatments is the two and a half-hour APIVITA Golden Honey journey which is a head-to-toe spa experience utilizing the beneficial properties of honey. The journey begins with an Indulging Honey Scrub, followed by APIVITA Signature Body Treatment including a body wrap and a full body massage, and completes with a royal Queen Bee Face Treatment to restore youth.
Infused with exotic ingredients such as olive, hummus, honey bee pollen and olive oil caviar, and other Greek flavours savouries will include the following:
- Crispy Hummus & Mint Pita topped with Olive Oil Caviar
- Goat Cheese Tart served with Green Apple and roasted Honey Bee Pollen
- Mediterranean Quiche cooked with Rosemary and Piment d’Espellete
- Greek Flat Bread with Grilled Chicken and Tzatziki
- Black Olive with Tomato Confit and Feta Cheese.
Nourishing sweet treats involving Greek elements of yoghurt and Ouzo as well as honey cream, honey meringue and honey comb include:
- Panna Cotta Honey & Red Fruit Jelly with Chocolate Honey Comb
- Lemon Tart with roasted Honey Meringue
- Tartar Strawberry and Tomato covered with Ouzo and Strawberry Foam
- Blue Berry Financier with Pure Honey
- Homemade Pistachio Macaron filled with Honey Cream.
