Regarded as one of the travel industry's most anticipated events, the annual Business Traveller Asia-Pacific Readers' Poll surveys readers mainly in Asia Pacific, both frequent business travellers and leisure travellers.
HONG KONG – Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts received the coveted title of “Best Business Hotel Brand in Asia-Pacific” for the 12th year running along with eight other prestigious awards at the 2013 Business Traveller Asia-Pacific 22nd Travel Awards ceremony in Hong Kong on Friday, 27 September 2013.
For the second time, the title of “Best Business Hotel in the World” went to Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong, and the hotel was also voted as “Best Business Hotel in Asia Pacific” for the third year in a row. Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore; Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok; Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur; Futian Shangri-La, Shenzhen; Makati Shangri-La, Manila; and Pudong Shangri-La, East Shanghai each won the “Best Business Hotel” awards in their respective cities.
