In an effort to further cultivate its relationship with the travel agent community, Ritz Tours, selling the best quality tours to China and Asia at the most affordable prices, has embarked on an ambitious program with Performance Media Group to reach this valued market segment.
Travel agents have always been essential to the success of our business, and by partnering with PMG on a comprehensive marketing program, we`ll be able to enhance existing agent relationships as well as grow new profitable ones, said Pista Nadj, vice president of sales and marketing for Ritz Tours.
Our goal is to build a database of travel agents who are extremely knowledgeable about our product and opt-in to receive periodic material from us, and ultimately reward them with special incentives and commissions to impact their bottom line, he added.
The cornerstone of the marketing program is the creation of a private label web site built by PMG that agents can access via Ritz Tour`s site. In addition to providing detailed information on the entire Ritz portfolio of scheduled tours, city modules, super value extensions and hot deals, the private label site presents agents with the ability to select specific tours and compile them in a newsletter, with their own agency call-to-action, and send it to their clients. A few simple clicks of the mouse allows the agent to target offers for those clients who might be interested in quality, affordable travel to China and Asia.
