Private poll villas for rent at Black Mountain Hua Hin

Thailand's top-ranked golf resort has released newly-built private pool villas into its rental pool for the coming high season.

THAILAND – Thailand’s number one golf course and the kingdom’s first and only course in the top 100 outside the United States is renting 16 of its newly-constructed private pool villas for the forthcoming coming high season.

The resort’s two bedroom villas at Black Mountain Golf Club near Hua Hin are available from October 1 for 3000 baht a day midweek, 4000 baht a day at weekends and 21,000 baht for a full week’s rental.

The three-bedroom villas are available for 5000 baht a day midweek, 6000 baht a day at weekends and 35,000 baht for a week.

The release of the pool villas into club’s rental pool provides visiting golfers to Hua Hin with a special opportunity to stay on site at Black Mountain to enjoy its championship golf course, unique par-3 course, water park, wakeboard park and many other facilities.

Featuring modern décor, large open-plan living areas, western kitchens and private pool, the villas are located next to Black Mountain’s acclaimed par-3 course, which opened for play last December.

“The pool villas are like a home away from home for people visiting Black Mountain who want to take advantage of all the wonderful facilities at the resort,” says Black Mountain general manager, Harald Ellison. “Their availability in the rental pool means that families and small groups can stay on site in comfort at Black Mountain and enjoy the great golf, water park and everything else we have to offer.”

As well as being available for rent, the villas are for sale from 5.995 million baht.

Earlier this year, Black Mountain became the first golf course in Thailand to be named in the top 100 courses outside the United States by US Golf Digest magazine. Last year it was named top golf course in Thailand and number one championship course in Asia Pacific by Asian Golf Monthly magazine.
