Park Hyatt Sanya Sunny Bay Resort to open Park Villas

Measuring 185 sq m (1,991 sq ft), each light-filled, high-ceilinged villa features a generously sized living room with an eye-catching Chinese fretwork ceiling.

SANYA, China – Park Hyatt Sanya Sunny Bay Resort will introduce its Park Villason January 1, 2017, bringing a new level of luxury experience to guests of China’s Hainan island.

The 17 unique Park Villas were designed by award-winning Belgian architect Jean-Michel Gathy of the renowned consulting firm Denniston, all according to Sunny Bay’s specific geographic features and ecological environment. To blend with the surrounding nature, the villas benefit from natural colors and simple lines, overlooking the greenery of the resort’s tropical gardens and some with breathtaking views of the South China Sea.

Measuring 185 sq m (1,991 sq ft), each light-filled, high-ceilinged villa features a generously sized living room with an eye-catching Chinese fretwork ceiling; a fully equipped open kitchen and private-dining areas (indoor and outdoor); and two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and walk-in showers. Outdoors, guests will find a courtyard, a private pool and a sun deck with four sun beds, all carefully landscaped to provide complete privacy. Each villa comes with a dedicated butler to cater to guests’ every feasible need, whether it be arranging a barbecue in the garden; preparing a private swimming lesson for children; setting up a tea ceremony; or taking a trip to the fish market at dawn.
