New hotel in Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province, China

Jin Jiang International Hotel Management Company announces the signing of a Jin Jiang Hotel in Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province.

SHANGHAI – Jin Jiang International Hotel Management Company Ltd. officially announces the signing of their new hotel with Taizhou Changming Xinyi Investment & Development Co., Ltd in Taizhou city, Jiangsu province, China. The hotel is scheduled to be open by February 2016.

This Jin Jiang International Hotel in Taizhou city, Jiangsu province, covers a ground of 28,462 square meters, and the hotel itself covers a total area of 40,349 square meters. The hotel is located in the economic development zone in Taizhou, ‘China’s medicine high-tech city’, which plays host to many major international and domestic corporations particularly within the pharmaceutical industry. This 5 star luxury hotel is aptly designed to provide comfort and ease along with high service standards for business travelers in particular.

There will be 300 well-appointed rooms with an average size of 43 square meters for the majority and are all equipped with modern amenities. The hotel will feature a range of additional recreational facilities, restaurants, lounges, and extensive meeting and banqueting facilities to cater to a variety of banquets, conferences and events.

Mr. Bernold O. Schroeder, Chief Executive Officer of Jin Jiang International Hotel Management Company, stated during the signing of the contract: “We look forward to the opening of this hotel and further expanding our current portfolio which already sees our hotels span across 73 cities across China. This will be the first Jin Jiang hotel in the area and this launch will showcase the strength of our brand and top quality hospitality services within Taizhou.”
