Emerges winner in two out of six nominated categories
MUMBAI – Jet Airways’ JetPrivilege programme – India’s largest and most respected frequent flyer programme – has once again been conferred top honours at the prestigious Freddie Awards 2013, namely ‘‘Best Promotion for JetPrivilege’s 20% discount for online redemption of JPMiles and ‘Best Loyalty Credit Card: JetPrivilege HDFC Bank Credit Card’. The Freddie Awards, regarded as the most important awards of their kind in the airline industry, celebrated some of the world’s best customer loyalty programmes, at a glittering event held in Washington DC, recently.
Mr. Kaushal Satam, Head JetPrivilege, Jet Airways, received the awards on behalf of the airline in the presence of international dignitaries from the travel and trade industry.Jet Airways emerged victorious from amongst a field comprising several of the world’s leading airlines in the Middle East/Oceania/Asia region.

Jet Airways’ JetPrivilege programme has been a consistent winner at the Freddies Awards since 2004 introduced in 1988 by InsideFlyer magazine’s Randy Petersen, the Freddie Awards have grown in stature and importance to become the most prestigious member-generated awards in the travel loyalty industry.
