Exito organizes MICE Conclave: Shaping India’s business travel

This premier edition of MICE Conclave is being hosted in Mumbai on May 24th-25th 2018.

BENGALURU – The business from MICE travel is a major driver for the Indian travel industry and has experienced exponential growth rapidly over the last decade. The technological advancement, provision of flexible and personalized experience, and constant adaption to the changing needs enable hotels and properties to increase revenue from MICE activities.

MICE Conclave India, 2018 is an invite-only, pre-registered platform exclusively put together to build a focused business platform for a closed group of MICE buyers from India’s top corporates, production houses, premium event and wedding planners to collaborate with MICE service providers including hotels, resorts and travel solution providers. The buyers are prequalified decision makers having an annual budget of not less than a 100,000 U.S. dollars, basis their forecast requirements and business bandwidth.

This premier edition of MICE Conclave is being hosted in Mumbai on May 24th-25th 2018. This platform will be an enabler to travel and hospitality operatives globally to collaborate with the Indian MICE market. The conclave is designed to host 250+ MICE buyers from India looking to explore the emerging trends in business travel and the options available thereof. Over the course of two days, the conclave will facilitate over 1,200 personalized one to one meetings among buyers and solution providers.

NIMA (Network of Indian MICE Agents) is the association partner for the conclave and this event will be graced by the presence of Mr. Gajesh Girdhar, founder and national coordinator representing the association. NIMA would also be conducting a workshop for the MICE fraternity during the course.
