Deer Jet has finalized the acquisition of Asia Jet Partners Limited (Asia Jet).
Deer Jet, through its subsidiary Hong Kong Airlines Corporate Jet Limited (Hong Kong Jet), has concluded the acquisition of Asia Jet Partners Limited (Asia Jet).
Following the signature of a Shareholders Agreement, Hong Kong Jet has acquired 100% equity of Asia Jet. This will enhance Hong Kong Jet ́s jet management and maintenance capabilities and also make the company a leader of jet charter service in Hong Kong.
In the future, Hong Kong Jet will be able to provide more diversified service for aircrafts registered under the US, Bermuda and Hong Kong. This strategic acquisition is also expected to benefit clients of both companies by better service quality and other economic gains.
