Concorde Hotel Singapore earns TripAdvisor honours

Concorde Hotel Singapore announced that it has received a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence, and a Bravo! badge which honours top-rated lodging businesses, restaurants and attractions, as reviewed by travellers on the world’s largest travel site.

To qualify for the Certificate of Excellence, businesses must have maintained an average rating of four or higher out of a possible five, as reviewed by travellers on TripAdvisor. Additional criteria include volume of reviews and how recently they have been submitted by TripAdvisor travellers.

The Bravo! badge is awarded in recognition of businesses who have received an “excellent” rating from 57 travellers. Currently, Concorde Hotel Singapore is ranked one of the top 50 hotels in Singapore by TripAdvisor.

“Concorde Hotel Singapore is pleased and proud to receive both the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence and the Bravo! badge,” said Mr. Leo Llambi, General Manager, Concorde Hotel Singapore. “These accolades underscore and reward our Team’s efforts in providing an excellent overall experience to our Hotel Guests. We completed refurbishment to all our 407 rooms in January 2011 and as part of our continued efforts to keep the Hotel modern and updated, we are also giving our function rooms and our Concorde Ballroom a facelift, targeted for completion in August.”

“The TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence program gives exceptional businesses in a variety of different industries around the world the recognition they deserve,” said Christine Petersen, President of TripAdvisor for Business. “From top-rated restaurants in Boston to top-rated attractions in Barcelona, we want to applaud these businesses for offering TripAdvisor travellers a great customer experience.”
