Avis expands network in Vietnam with a new branch in Ho Chi Minh City

Avis Asia opened its first regional branch in Ho Chi Minh City in the Southern economic city of Vietnam. 

Ho Chi Minh City, formerly known as Saigon, is a centre of economic, science, technology and industry as it accounts for a high proportion of Vietnam’s economy. The opening coincides with the company’s philosophy of national expansion to meet growing demand of visitor’s market and multinational corporation presence in Vietnam, and marks Avis as the first and only international car rental company operating in 2 regions of Vietnam.

Located in the No 86, D3 Street, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City, a stone’s throw from the downtown of the city, the new branch has been ready to service customers. Dedicated to serving the needs of foreign and domestic companies, visitors, leading hotels & resorts, the new branch offers business and leisure customers the full spectrum of car rental, car leasing and chauffeur drive services. Besides the latest range of compact, mid to large size, sports and luxury vehicles from popular brands such as Mercedes Benz, Toyota, Audi and many others, a professionally trained and experienced English speaking local driver – Avis ambassador will also be included as part of the car hire.
