Airworld Alliance posts 22 percent increase in sales during 2010

Airworld Alliance has reported revenues of US$126 million for 2010, which represents a 22% increase over sales results for 2009.

“Notably, 2010 was an outstanding year for Airworld Alliance,” according to company president, Mr. Mok Singh. “We continue to expand our principals’ brand exposure in the United States and Canada with concerted industry and consumer promotion to maximize passenger sales revenues. In the coming year, we will strive to expand our number of GSA-represented carrier accounts and further increase revenues for our existing international airline principals in this market.”

Currebt list of carrier accounts: Afriqiyah Airways, Air Botswana, Air Madagascar, Air Malawi, Air Mauritius, Air Zimbabwe, Bangkok Airways, Daallo Airlines, Garuda Indonesia Airlines, Hahn Air, Hainan Airlines, Kenya Airways, Safi Airways, and TACV Cabo Verde Airlines.
