Mark Heather, Regional Managing Director of Absolute Hotel Services India announced their third management contract with the Mumbai based KBJ Group; this time for a newly branded and developed mid-market hotel offering a value experience for travellers to Electronic City, Bengaluru. The hotel will have 90 rooms and suites, an All Day Dining Restaurant, a Rooftop Lounge Bar, a Spa & Gym and Meeting Rooms. It is slated to open in the fourth quarter of 2012. Branded “The Mishka”, by the KBJ Group, this will be the first of its mid-range properties to be developed with Absolute Hotel Services India.
The Mishka, Electronic City is located in the heart of Electronic City on the outskirts of Bangalore. It is well connected to the main city by the new elevated expressway; the hotel is a short 15 minute drive from Koramangala, 40 minutes from M.G. Road, and 30 minutes from Old Airport Road.
The property will offer 25 standard rooms, 40 deluxe rooms and 25 executive rooms. Guest Room designs will provide all amenities required by the busy business traveller and will include features such as wi-fi, adequate power connections and other functionalities in a contemporary and elegant decor. Guests will be able to choose from a range of food and beverage offerings at the All Day Dining Restaurant. The Rooftop Bar Lounge will be very conducive to unwinding, relaxing and/or to continuing discussions in a less formal environment.
Other services include Spa & Gym, Business Centre, Function spaces and a small retail outlet.
