Inspired by the modern boathouse concept, Arwana exudes a nautical ambiance, highlighted by interactive open kitchens featuring Basque grills. The menu is a tribute to Asian flavors, featuring a diverse selection including dry-aged grilled steaks, succulent lamb chops, and a captivating array of Balinese seafood such as Sumberkima oysters, Karangasem Bali Lobster, and Basque Fired Barramundi Fillet.
