Menzies Aviation has further enhanched its clientele in the Ausrtalian market as the company awarded the following Passenger Service, Ramp (Ground Services) and Cargo handling contracts in Australia:
United Airlines in Sydney & Melbourne
The five year ground services contract has been awarded and commenced 12th June, 2007. Menzies Aviation provides ground services to three 747 aircraft turnarounds on a daily basis in Sydney and one daily 747 turnaround in Melbourne. Menzies Aviation started up operations for United Airlines in less than 60 days.
Solomon Airlines in Brisbane
The three year ground services contract has been awarded to Menzies Aviation in Brisbane with services commencing on 1st May, 2007. Menzies Aviation provides ground handling services for Solomon Airlines consisting of six flights per week currently operated by EMB-170 aircraft. A less than 60 days start up has been delivered by the Menzies team in Brisbane.
Hawaiian Airlines in Sydney
Menzies Aviation successful renewed ground and cargo handling contract with Hawaiian Airlines in Sydney. The current partnership with Hawaiian Airlines has been extended for the next three years. Hawaiian Airlines
operates three flights a week from Sydney to Hawaii.
