French specialist VFB Holidays has been voted favourite tour operator by Which? members in the consumer champion’s just-released holiday survey results. Judged by one of the most discerning and critical of audiences –the Which? consumer– these awards are the absolute pinnacle of achievement for any service-based company to aim for. Some 4,500 Which? members were polled, in typically vigorous Which? style.
VFB Holidays scored an overall average of 94% and earned 100% satisfaction for its ‘organisation’ skills. The most common descriptions given by voters were ‘efficient’, ‘dependable/reliable’ and ‘their holidays suit people like me’.
Says Jonathan Blizard, VFB’s general manager: “We have consistently scored highly in Which? holiday surveys in the past and are delighted to be awarded favourite tour operator this time. This is an impressive achievement that is due testament to our hard-working, efficient staff.”
