Under the guidance of New Zealander Kevin Landwer-Johan, a veteran editorial and commercial professional photographer who has lived in Chiang Mai since 2002, guests will be introduced to a unique way to view and subsume the high energy of this creatively fertile destination over a full day.

CHIANG MAI, Thailand – Art-inspired five-star boutique hotel akyra Manor Chiang Mai is offering couples a powerful way to experience the ‘Artists’ Quarter’ of this culturally vibrant city it is at the epicenter of after unveiling a special photographic tour deal led by a professional photographer. 
 
The three-day, two-night ‘Behind the Lens’ offer will frame for guests the arresting Nimmanhaeminurban landscape, dotted with chic boutique shops, galleries and an overall buzzing art scene, fascinating side-street discoveries, coffee shops, bars and the unique Lanna heritage of the ‘Rose of the North’
 
Under the guidance of New Zealander Kevin Landwer-Johan, a veteran editorial and commercial professional photographer who has lived in Chiang Mai since 2002, guests will be introduced to a unique way to view and subsume the high energy of this creatively fertile destination over a full day. They will also be taken further afield, exposing them to a captivating river setting, stunning Buddhist temples, engrossing markets and much more. 
 
The ‘Behind the Lens’ offer includes a daily gourmet breakfast for two, a post-tour Thai set dinner for two at the hotel’s du jour dining experience, Italics Restaurant, and a signature afternoon tea on departure. 
 
The event will be held in a 60-square-metre Deluxe Suite, an stylish and intimate space boasting a visceral ‘outside living in’ concept. The room is built around a private indoor courtyard featuring a stunning reclaimed-marble customised bathtub. 
 
Guests can enjoy the 100 square metres of opulent indulgence in Manor Suite. Rates are inclusive of taxes and service charges. The deal is valid until 31 October 2016.
