Marriott Thailand has received another honor award as “The Best Hotel Chain” from Fox Vakanties award presentation night, held in Bangkok. Fox Vakanties is one of the biggest Dutch tour operators, and established representative office in Thailand since 1996.
Marriott Resorts & Spas Thailand also just received 3 prestigious awards in hotel category from 2006 Thailand Tourism Awards. Starting from Pattaya Marriott Resort & Spa received award of Outstanding Performance for City Hotel of over 80 rooms (Eastern Region, Thailand), followed by Hua Hin Marriott Resort & Spa received award of Excellence for Resort Hotel of over 80 rooms (Central Region, Thailand), and JW Marriott Phuket Resort & Spa received award of Excellence for Resort Hotel of over 80 rooms (Southern Region, Thailand). The awards presented by Mr. Sakthip Krailerk, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Tourism and Sport. In addition, those 3 Marriott resorts were previously awarded in 2004 in the same category.
