Hong Kong Airlines launches musical instrument protection service

Hong Kong Airlines always welcomes passengers to travel with their musical instruments.

HONG KONG – As it enters its 10th year of operations, Hong Kong Airlines, the internationally-acclaimed full-service airline, continues listening to its passengers’ needs and extends its inflight service “Sweeten You Up” to a broader range by launching musical instrument protection service, showing its care to musicians and their musical instrument*. Hong Kong Airlines always welcomes passengers to travel with their musical instruments. To provide them with extra care for musical instruments and hassle-free journeys, Hong Kong Airlines offers passengers a special protection case service which they could simply make reservation 3 working days before scheduled departure.
 
Hong Kong Airlines understands passengers’ worry about the carriage of musical instruments. To better protect the valued assets of musicians, Hong Kong Airlines has prepared musical instrument protection cases for passenger use (Inner dimension: 112cm (L) x 45.5cm (W) x 21cm (D)). Passengers flying with Hong Kong Airlines daily scheduled flights to the designated destinations listed below can contact Hong Kong Airlines’ Reservation Office at (852) 3916 3666 (Hong Kong), 950715 (Mainland China) or email to call.center@hairlines.com 3 working days before scheduled departure to reserve a musical instrument protection case# for instruments within the inner dimension of the case.
 
Designated destinations:
China Region – Beijing, Shanghai (Pudong & Hongqiao), Chengdu, Chongqing, Fuzhou, Guiyang, Haikou, Sanya, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Tianjin
Asia Region(Except China) – Hong Kong, Taipei, Denpasar, Okinawa, Okayama,
Bangkok, Krabi, Hanoi
