Apart from providing self-services to travellers, Hong Kong Airlines launched “Sweeten You Up” service last year, offering newlyweds or couples celebrating their anniversaries, birthday and children passengers a sweet and enjoyable journey with their beloved in the sky. Hong Kong Airlines takes the service to a new level recently and Happy Angels will be assigned on our flights to provide extra care to kids, ensuring a carefree journey for parents.

As the first and major Hong Kong-based carrier to use Mid Field Concourse (MCF) at the Hong Kong International Airport, Hong Kong Airlines will soon launch its brand new VIP lounge at the new concourse. Currently over 90% of Hong Kong Airlines’ flights including both departure and arrival use MFC, enabling passengers to enjoy the convenience of the airbridge, contributing to a more pleasant flight experience.

While celebrating its tenth anniversary of establishment with the acquisition of IATA’s Green Certificate, Hong Kong Airlines has been awarded the highly-esteemed Skytrax 4-star rating again in the Skytrax World Airline Awards earlier this year, the highly authoritative industry benchmarks by Skytrax the research consultancy specialising in the air transport industry.
