China’s Hainan Airlines to use Blacklane exclusively at all seven U.S. destinations.
Hainan Airlines is now using Blacklane exclusively for complimentary U.S. airport transfers. For flights between China and the U.S., Hainan’s select business class passengers can receive a Blacklane chauffeured ride to and from:
- Boston Logan International Airport (BOS).
- Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD).
- Las Vegas McCarran International Airport (LAS).
- Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).
- New York John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK).
- Mineta San Jose International Airport (SJC).
- Seattle–Tacoma International Airport (SEA).
Hainan, China’s largest private airline, is the country’s only airline to receive a five-star rating by Skytrax for seven continuous years. This year, it celebrates its tenth anniversary of direct China-U.S. flights. Its twelve direct routes between the two countries – including the first from western Chinese cities Chengdu and Chongqing to New York — are the most of any Chinese airline. - Real-time flight tracking and adjustment of pickup times based on actual arrival times.
- Pickup signs branded with the Hainan Airlines and Blacklane logos.
- Commercially licensed and insured chauffeurs dressed in suits.
- Driver meet-and-greet service, including luggage assistance. U.S. airport pickups occur after baggage claim and customs.
- Driver contact information sent over SMS and email one hour before pick-up.
- 24/7 Mandarin- and English-speaking customer care agents available on local China and U.S. numbers.
