The mobile app allows for internal sharing of strategic content targeted to hotel teams from Front Office, F&B Service, Reservations, Sales, Concierge. To make it fun and effortless for users, the tool is gamified with points to redeem prizes and a leaderboard, allowing Accor to provide real incentives for their Heartists.
Based in Singapore, ATIOM works with industry leaders across Asia to transform their workforce, with clients including global leading real estate, hospitality, and facility management. It also allows cross-regional teams to have access to a shared content library including presentations, videos, and sales playbooks.
