Travelforce selects Anvil to monitor travel itineraries

The Australian corporate travel management company, Travelforce, has entered into a partnership with the Anvil Group, specialist in crisis avoidance services, with the chosen of its Employee Travel Monitoring System (ETMS) Agency Edition.

According to the Anvil Group, the Internet-based software will provide Travelforce with a powerful tool to track the air, rail and hotel travel plans for more than 200 corporations and their employees prior to and during domestic and international business travel.

Travelforce is relied upon by corporations including Moody’s Investors Services, Dow Corning, AON, Fitness First, Paramount to arrange often complex travel itineraries. Through the ETMS Agency Edition, Travelforce will be fully connected with the GALILEO global distribution systems.

The CEO of Travelforce, Andrew Ross states why it chose The Anvil Group to enhance its in-house Global Employee Tracking System (GETS). The ETMS product will be branded “GETS Plus”. “We have all our clients’ employee travel information at our fingertips and using the ETMS we are now able to provide risk alerts and track our clients employees and travellers around the world. We are able to offer our clients the reassurance and support they need to fully comply with their duty of care obligations and corporate travel policies.”

The Anvil Group’s Director, Matthew Judge adds, “Corporate travel managers operate in an industry where many corporations and blue-chip companies rely on information being provided in an instant in the event of an emergency,” he continues, “The ETMS Agency Edition has been designed to provide corporate travel management companies, such as Travelforce with an effective way to react instantly to any active security threat prior to or during travel.”
