SINGAPORE – Vietjet Aviation Joint Stock Company (“Vietjet”) has been nominated for “Best Employer Brand Development” in the upcoming Asia Recruitment Awards 2016, in Singapore.
Now in its second year, the awards are the only regional awards programme in Asia Pacific to recognize and celebrate excellence in recruitment and talent acquisition.
“It’s an honor to be nominated for the award, as this is not only tremendous recognition of Vietjet’s operations and services, but also a great motivation for us as we continue to expand as a company,” said Carmela Abad, Deputy Directors of Human Resources for Vietjet.
“After only four years of operations, we have worked hard to put our efforts into employer branding and employee engagement, practices that are relatively new to the industry in Vietnam. We would like to see ourselves as a representation of a new and aspiring era of companies in Vietnam,” continued Carmela.
Judged by a panel of respected HR leaders from Asia, the awards will take place at the Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore on the 13 April 2016.
Vietjet has recorded an impressive growth since it launched operations in late 2011. The airline currently operates a fleet of 35 A321 and A320 aircraft across 47 routes domestically and internationally.
