“Last year Thailand achieved record numbers of tourist arrivals, with over 26 million visitors from around the world, making the country an important part of our growth strategy in South East Asia,” said Clarence Tan, Chief Operating Officer South East Asia and Resorts, IHG.

Owned by leading Thai conglomerate TCC Hotels Group, it will be the first Holiday Inn Express hotel to be owned by the group, who also owns InterContinental, Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn hotels under IHG’s brand portfolio.
