BURITAM – ONYX Hospitality Group has been appointed to operate a football themed hotel in Buriram, the North Eastern province in Thailand. The 60-room Amari Buriram United is owned by Buriram United Sport Hotel Co. Ltd and will pay tribute to football and the local team, Buriram United. The hotel structure will resemble a stadium and the property will include a mini football field. Amari Buriram United will be part of a stadium complex and a motor sports circuit which will be added in 2014. This property marks Amari’s first themed hotel and is scheduled to open in Q4 2013.
