Kaligo Travel Solutions and Fortune Wings Club launch online hotel redemption platform

Through the hotel redemption platform, members can choose from over 300,000 hotels and resorts worldwide and pay instantly using their frequent flyer points.

SINGAPORE – Kaligo Travel Solutions, the leading innovator in loyalty commerce, in partnership with “Fortune Wings Club”, the frequent flyer program owned by Hainan Airlines, announced the launch of a real-time hotel redemption platform allowing Fortune Wings Club members to instantly redeem hotel stays using Fortune Wings Club points or a combination of points and money.

Through the hotel redemption platform, members can choose from over 300,000 hotels and resorts worldwide and pay instantly using their frequent flyer points. The points used for the hotel redemption will be deducted in real-time from member accounts. From tailored search results and exciting marketing offers to the 24/7 customer concierge with multi language support via email, phone and SMS, every experience has been custom designed and localized for Fortune Wings Club members.
