Jet Airways celebrates flavours of India with a ‘Biryani Festival’

The 'Biryani Festival' menu, designed to trace and celebrate the culinary culture and flavours of several Indian states will comprise of mouthwatering varieties.

Mumbai – Jet Airways, India’s premier international airline announced a week long, in-flight ‘Biryani Festival‘, bringing variety and spice for its guests traveling Economy on select domestic flights commencing August 29 until September 4, 2017. A delectable range of Biryani’s from various parts of India will be offered as part of lunch and dinner menus.

India is a land of multiple cultures represented by a rich and diverse cuisine all across the world. For a vast majority of avid travelers and food aficionados, biryani enjoys a special position in the nation’s gastronomical history and culinary ladder.

The ‘Biryani Festival’ menu, designed to trace and celebrate the culinary culture and flavours of several Indian states will comprise of mouthwatering varieties some of which include Yakhni Pulao Biryani, Aloo Badi Ki Biryani, Hyderabadi Chicken Dum Biryani, Kabuli Biryani, Kolkata Style Chicken Biryani, Lucknawi Dum Biryani, Shahi Veg Biryani and Veg Mopla Biryani.

Every day of the week, guests of Jet Airways can look forward to savoring a vegetarian or a non-vegetarian biryani option, carefully prepared by eminent chefs from TajSats and Sky Gourmet flight kitchens, according to the day’s menu.

The festival highlights Jet Airways’ commitment towards its Guest First service philosophy, where the airline continually endeavors to exceed guest expectations.
