interTouch, the wholly owned subsidiary of NTT DoCoMo, announced the successful completion of its acquisition of MagiNet, a leading integrated technology solution provider to hotels. The acquisition will expand interTouch’s reach to 1,000 hotels in 56 countries.
interTouch’s acquisition of MagiNet is part of the company’s ongoing strategy to expand its global business and achieve its vision to become the world’s premier provider of managed technology network services to the global hospitality industry.
