The CANSTAR award recognises the excellence of its services after a year of operations in the country.
InsureandGo, the online travel insurance company of Mapfere Asistencia in Australia, has won the award for “Outstanding Value” of CANSTAR Insurance Ranking for passengers. The company has been marketing online travel insurance since October 2011 and has achieved the highest rating -Five Stars- in the Family Insurance for International Travel Category. The CANSTAR rating is one of the benchmarks in Australia and New Zealand for publishing comparisons of financial and insurance products.
In this year’s edition, CANSTAR has assessed the benefits and quality of 42 travel insurance products among the different insurance companies operating in Australia. The ranking analyses and weighs up the products according to 13 characteristics, such as price, flexibility and customer services, among others.
Sebastian Kaisin, General Manager of InsureandGo Australia, said he appreciated this recognition and that he felt very proud to have been awarded the Five Stars after barely a year of operations in the country, “an achievement we intend to repeat year after year”.
