Hilton HHonors partners Vietnam Airlines’ Golden Lotus plus to offer travelers more ways to earn their loyalty points and miles

Hilton HHonors is the only hotel guest-loyalty program to offer Points &Miles as well as No Blackout Dates with no capacity controls at more than 4,000 hotels worldwide.

SINGAPORE – Hilton HHonors, the loyalty program for Hilton Worldwide’s 10 distinct hotel brands, announced a new alliance with Vietnam Airlines’ frequent flyer program, Golden Lotus Plus. Under this partnership, members of both programs can now earn Hilton HHonors points and Golden Lotus Plus miles when they stay at any of the more than 4,000 participating hotels within the Hilton Worldwide portfolio.

“This new partnership allows Hilton HHonors members more opportunities to earn points and airline miles, in addition to the current travel partnerships with over 60 leading airlines across the globe,” said William Costley, regional vice president, Southeast Asia, Hilton Worldwide. “It further offers them unparalleled options when making travel arrangements worldwide.”

Through this alliance, Hilton HHonors members can earn 10 HHonors base points + 1 Golden Lotus Plus mile for every dollar spent during their stay at a participating hotel within the Hilton Worldwide portfolio (and up to 100 Golden Lotus Plus miles for stays at Hampton Inn & Suites, Homewood Suites by Hilton and Home2 Suites by Hilton).

“As one of the leading airlines with extensive coverage in Vietnam and Indochina, we are delighted to partner with one of the world’s leading hospitality companies to offer our valued customers more benefits when they choose to travel with us. Through this joint venture, our members will be able to accumulate miles when they stay at any hotel in Hilton Worldwide’s global network,” said Mr Trinh Ngoc Thanh, executive vice president of commercial, Vietnam Airlines.
