Destination Asia opens “inbound India division”

Destination Asia’s “inbound India division” will not have any equity in any outbound India travel company/provider. All inbound services will be provided by the respective companies in the 11 country Destination Asia Group.

Destination Asia is pleased to announce the opening of its “inbound India division” . The 1st inbound India business will be operated in Destination Asia Thailand, from its main office in Bangkok .
 
Pornthip Hirunkate “Addie”, the Managing Director of Destination Asia Thailand has this to say about the newly created division: “Destination Asia Thailand sees great potential in the India market, especially at the top end Leisure and MICE segments. We have conducted extensive research and believe that we can offer unique travel products for the India market that will also include longer length of stays.”
 
“It is with pleasure that I welcome Rajesh Nair as the “General Manager / India” to our team. Rajesh has extensive experience in the inbound India market and has lived in Thailand for over 8 years so we are confident that he will lead DA Thailand in penetrating this growing Leisure market.”
